Students receive 20% discount on all rates, one discount per booking.

Regular rehearsals one day per week, 10am to 10pm, including secure storage - £240 per month

Weekday rehearsals (4 hrs) - £60

Weekend rehearsals (4 hrs) - £70

Amps, Drums, Instruments - £1.50 per item per hour

Solo or duo artists receive 20% off.

Production room hire 4 hours - £50

Production room hire 10 hours - £80

Production practice with acess to all spaces and equipment 4 hours with assistance - £80

Production practice with acess to all spaces and equipment 10 hours with assistance - £140

Live recording of rehearsal, 3 hours, room mics only. unmixed. £80

Main studio recording, per day, £180 (10 hours)

Full studio recording, all spaces, £280 per day (10 hours)
